Policy implementation
Our staff are experienced in developing rollout strategies for new sets of health and safety procedures. A rollout may incorporate toolbox talks, bespoke training programmes, e-learning tools, poster campaigns and management level presentations to help ensure that a new procedure is implemented smoothly.
Management systems (OHSAS 18001) auditing, consulting and training
A management system will help ensure that your health and safety system is fully integrated within all the activities within your business. Management systems provide you with a way of swiftly reacting to any change in your business, or in relevant legislation, allowing you to update and amend the health and safety system to address these changes.
Viridis Safety can review your current policy, procedures and documentation and then either construct a bespoke management system for your business' health and safety or provide guidance for an in-house management system development project.
Health and safety onsite support
Many companies have no or simply a limited health and safety staff resources. Viridis Safety can provide you with an experienced health and safety professional to help fill the shortfall on a short-term or a long-term basis.
Our staff can provide support to a company's health and safety resource through one-off projects (e.g. reviewing risk assessments/COSHH assessments, preparing for safety audits), to help clear a backlog of safety related tasks, or, more long term, to act as an interim safety manager to cover absence, maternity leave, or temporary recruitment shortfall.
